Its the greatest year for me since i get the biggest of all my red pocket money and most of it i’m very satisfied and happy with it. Well the part that i most appreciate it was the New Year eve. I was in Kch by myself visiting my Grandma and cousins waiting for the firecracker to start off the new year of the Ox ‘Niu’, well to me it was the best day of my life…
The things tat curious is, i wonder why the Malaysia Gov never approve the firecracker industry to be made legal and more of it we as civilian can enjoy and celebrate and play safely. Durin CNY season we as Chinese as usual will spend lots of money on Fireworks and crackers but it has to be done quietly and most of it were expensive . But when the ignition take place less injuries occur were heard from the news and tv, all we can heard is everyday the customs and police seize a bunch of illegal transporting of fireworks and sort of that..isn’t it better if the Gov impose tax and made legal this type of product bside earn a bit for country income.
But the main problem is when Raya, Deepavali,or Gregorian New year arrive, many of The Malays and those that were not applicable to buy the Fireworks due to its expensive price gets to design and create their own entertainment Fireworks such as Meriam Buluh and such that can create havoc, injuries and sometimes death. Compare to China made Firecrackers its more safe and the Chinese counterparts are the expert in this entertainment industry since thousand years ago. so do we call that the ‘New Year’ ..
at below is the Chinese New Year Eve09 Celebration in Beijing:
I wonder if there is possible that our Malaysia will become lively like this in the future!!
Happy New Year to My Chinese Frens..
