A British newspaper is reporting that the "Transformers" star has landed the role of the "Batman" nemesis.
Megan Fox might have clawed her way into the next "Batman" film.
The "Transformers" star has reportedly landed the role of Catwoman in the sequel to "The Dark Knight," according to British tabloid The Sun.
If it's true, she'll have big paws to fill. Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry have both squeezed into the catsuit for the most recent big-screen incarnations of the DC Comics character.
Catwoman's alter ego Selina Kyle was originally portrayed as a supervillain, but more recent interpretations depict her as a possible love interest for Batman.
Fox certainly has the slinky, sultry looks to play a feline-inspired character, but does she have the presence? Production on the third film in the latest "Batman" franchise begins next year.
