Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has started to test its mobile advertisement system. Now by using user’s information that is displayed on his/her account advertisers can target you with advertisements for app stores or websites.
When the user will click on any banner advertisement, he/she will be directed towards advertiser’s mobile site or an application store where the user can download the developer’s product. Facebook is aiming to show its customers the most relevant advertisements while they are using Facebook.
One might see interstitial advertisement and banner with the help of information such as a person’s age, location, gender, and friends. Mark Zuckerberg, Chief executive at Facebook, recently stated that the company will focus on mobile devices to increase its growth in the coming years.
