Hermaphrodite/(khunsa – BM)..the other one!

Humans with typical reproductive organs but a typical clitoris/penis are called pseudohermaphrodites in medical literature.

The term comes from the name of the minor Greek god Hermaphroditus, son of Hermes and Aphrodite. Recently, intersex has been used and preferred by many such individuals, encouraging medical professionals to use the term.

**Noticed that its a Female with Male sex organ! the Female part is quite hidden actually..

About hermaphrodites.
Sequential hermaphrodites (dichogamy) occur in species in which the individual is born as one sex, but can later change into the alternate sex. This is in contrast with simultaneous hermaphrodites, in which an individual may possess fully functional male and female gonads. Sequential hermaphroditism is common in fish (particularly teleost fish), many gastropods (such as the common slipper shell), and most flowering plants.

Normally used to describe organisms born with secondary sex characteristics or a phenotype which is different from what would be expected based upon the gonadal tissue (ovary or testis).

In some cases, the external sex organs look intermediate between the typical clitoris or penis. In other cases, the external sex organs have an appearance that does not look intermediate, but rather has the appearance that would be expected to be seen with the "opposite" gonadal tissue. Because of this, pseudohermaphroditism is sometimes not identified until puberty. It is possible for the condition to be undetected until adulthood.

The term "male pseudohermaphrodite" is used when a testis is present, and the term "female pseudohermaphrodite" is used when an ovary is present. The term "true" hermaphrodite is reserved for the very rare cases where both ovarian and testicular tissue is present. (Whether or not that term would be appropriate when ovotestes are found, or only when distinct ovaries and testes are found, is not well defined.

Can a human hermaphrodite impregnate herself?
There are two types of hermaphrodite, True and Pseudo.

Pseudo-Hermaphroditism

This is when an embryo received too much or too little of the androgens it required to develop its sexual organs properly and as a result forms something in the middle of going to the complete wrong gender. Genetics is the definition of gender but appearance of sexual organs is affected by these hormones. These hermaphrodites are infertile as they will possess one type of sexual tissue (testicles or ovaries) but will not have the correct sexual organs (penis or uterus) to facilitate its use.

True-Hemaphroditism

This is VERY rare indeed and it is where a person has both sexual tissues within their body. I am afraid I can offer no explanation for this type but perhaps someone can. I do know however that it is still impossible for the person to impregnate themselves.
