Apple to rent iMac to Vernon Computer

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is giving its iMacs to North American technology rental supplier Vernon Computer at a discount with multiple models from Apple’s iMac line for a limited time.

The newly rented inventory of Apple iMac all-in-one desktops by Vernon Computer includes the newer 27-inch models running on Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)’s Core i3 3.2 GHz as well as Core i5 3.1 GHz processing, in addition to the 21.5-inch iMacs with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz and 24-inch models with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz processing.

Apple has held a distinguished position as a leading manufacturer of all-in-one desktops, while hitting a new record in desktop sales last year in spite of its strong footprints and the growing popularity of its mobile products.

Apple’s iMac rentals are on the demand list of educational and media/production groups, but now it is becoming increasingly more common in the typical office environment. Its slick design, superb performance in video editing and graphic design, make it a most regarded one in all-in-one desktops.
