Apple Inc. reported on Monday afternoon that two vice presidents, Craig Federighi and Dan Riccio, have been advanced to senior VP titles, and would report to CEO Tim Cook as part of the firm’s top line management.
The US’s most innovative company, Apple (AAPL) also reported that Bob Mansfield, presently acting as the senior VP of hardware engineering who had declared intentions to retire in June, would stay at the firm to work on “future products.”
Riccio will act as the new senior VP of hardware engineering, while Federighi will hold responsibility as senior VP of Mac Software Engineering.
